When a refund applies

Once a session is booked, its scope is fixed with you in advance. Because the work is planning advice delivered during the session and in a written draft, the stage the work has reached decides what is refundable.

Eligibility

• If you cancel before the consultation begins, the full fee is refunded.
• If you cancel after the session has started but before the written draft is delivered, a partial refund of 50% of the fee applies, because part of the work has already been performed.
• Once the written draft has been delivered to you by email, the work is treated as completed and no refund applies, except where the work was not delivered as scoped.

Timeframe

A refund request must be made within 14 days of the booking or, where the work was completed, within 14 days of the draft being delivered. Requests made outside this window are considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

How to request a refund

Write to info@corelumen.click with the word “refund” and the date of your booking. We will confirm your identity, the booking, and the stage the work had reached, then reply with a decision.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Where that is not possible (for example, a card has expired), we will arrange an alternative with you by email.

Rescheduling and cancellations

If you need to reschedule rather than cancel, write to us at least 24 hours before the booked session and we will arrange a new time at no extra charge. Sessions missed without notice (no-shows) are not refunded, because the time was reserved for you.

Deposits

Where a deposit is taken to hold a booking, it is refundable in full if you cancel before the session begins, on the same terms as above. If you do not attend and give no notice, the deposit is retained.

Non-refundable items

The only non-refundable item is work already completed and delivered — that is, the written draft once it has been sent to you.
