Process

Consultation process

A consultation is a structured conversation, not a sales call. The four steps below are the same whether your question is a single savings rate or a multi-year funding timeline.

A plan is built for the years a child is actually in school.

01 — Inquiry

You tell us what you want to understand. It could be about setting money aside for one school, weighing two programmes against each other, or checking whether an older plan still works after your income moves. We frame the session around that question and agree the fee with you before anything is booked. Nothing is charged at this stage.

02 — Fact-find

We gather the household numbers: income, fixed costs, existing savings, and the fee schedules for the schools you are considering. Figures stay in THB unless you ask otherwise. We record every assumption a plan rests on, so that nothing is implied and you can see exactly what drives the result.

03 — Plan draft

You receive a written draft that links a savings rate to the years your fees peak, with the trade-offs spelled out. Where a target is not reachable on current income, the draft says so and shows the alternatives rather than dressing up an unworkable plan.

04 — Review

A plan is only useful while it reflects reality. When fees climb, a sibling joins the plan, or you switch programmes, the original numbers no longer hold. A follow-up review runs the plan against the new figures instead of letting the first draft drift off course.

Where the process is held

Sessions run by phone or face to face in Bangkok. The draft lands in your inbox as a written document, so you can sit with it and test it against guidance from elsewhere before deciding anything.

What the process assumes

The output of a consultation is a plan built from the fee and household numbers you give us. It is not a forecast of future investment returns, and it does not remove the risk that fees or circumstances move against the plan. A review exists precisely because those movements happen.

If you can put your question into a sentence, we can scope a consultation around it.
