What we collect and why
We collect only the personal data you choose to send us through the inquiry form on the contact page, or in a direct email:
- Name, so we can address you in our reply.
- Email address, so we can reply to your inquiry.
- Phone number (optional), in case a call is the clearest way to scope the consultation.
- Topic and message, so we can understand the question a consultation would need to answer.
The legal basis for processing this data is your consent, given when you check the consent box on the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time by email, and we will stop using the data to respond to you.
How the form works
When you submit the inquiry form, your browser sends the details as a POST
request to a handler on this same domain (/api/inquiry). The request goes
only to our own server; it is not sent to any third party. We do not run
analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking on this site, so
no other company receives your inquiry data through these pages.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry data only for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, where a consultation follows, to deliver that consultation and keep the records required for it. Once it is no longer needed, we delete it. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we will do so and confirm by email.
Your rights under the PDPA
You have the right to access, correct, copy, delete, or withdraw consent for the personal data you have given us, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@corelumen.click. We will confirm your identity before making changes and respond without undue delay.
Cookies and local storage
This site stores only your consent choice in your browser’s local storage,
under the key corelumen_consent_v1. No analytics cookies and no
third-party cookies are used. The cookies page lists every storage item this
site uses.
Transfers outside Thailand
Inquiry data is held by us to respond to your inquiry. Where any processing relies on a service hosted outside Thailand, we rely on it only to the extent permitted by the PDPA. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle inquiry data, we will update this page and note the date below. The date shown is the date of the most recent review.
